Acupuncture charges from 1st February 2009

Visit fee: £8 callout and 80p a mile

1st consultation and treatment (please allow 2 ½ - 3 hours) £200

This is a very comprehensive examination that will include:

  • Discussion of previous and current problems
  • Assessment in hand, on the lunge and under saddle
  • Palpation
  • Dental inspection
  • First acupuncture treatment
  • A detailed report for your vet

Racehorses: 1st consultation and treatment £130

Re-examinations: £25 - £50

Consultation, palpation, trotting up, observation on lunge £25

Consultation as above plus ridden examination £50

Repeat Treatments

Acupuncture £80

Other costs – if required:

Sedation: £20 - £35

Completion of Insurance Claim forms: £25

Additional written reports: £25

Payment by cheque or cash is requested at the time of the examination and treatment please.
